Hi guys, trying to upgrade 1.5.5 to 2.1.0 and i keep getting these errors when going through the upgrade process :

Notice: Undefined index: custom_field in /home4/aksslond/public_html/nouvelle/install/model/upgrade.php on line 392

Notice: Undefined index: shipping_custom_field in /home4/aksslond/public_html/nouvelle/install/model/upgrade.php on line 415

Notice: Undefined index: payment_custom_field in /home4/aksslond/public_html/nouvelle/install/model/upgrade.php on line 409
There are lots, and lots of these errors. Any suggestions where to start trying to fix this?
