Opencart not getting installed-Showing error

I am completely new to opencart. I installed with filezilla and followed the install.txt file. renamed 2 files and even changed permissions to mentioned files/folders to 0777 but not working.

Just upload all files from "upload" folder to your main public folder. Check that you have config files renamed - that's it.

as werwolf say, you need to copy all files inside the upload/ folder to your site root.
And not the upload/ folder itself.

FYI, it's celdlearning .org/upload/
