how to add created option to product (not working)

I have created a list of options for a product but it isn't showing with the product. How do I get it to do this?

The option created is Classic White Mug - use own image
use a template
use our designer software

I've added Classic White Mug to option in the product but it's not working.

I have searched forum and else where but I couldn't find an answer
