This might be a newby question but in home/stores/settings there is a field called Geocode. I tried putting the physical address in this line as well as the longitude and latitude coordinates. My "contact us" form shows a map to our location but the address in the map is showing an address that isn't even close to my address. It's actually showing a random address. The blue question mark bubble next to Geocode say "Please enter your store location geocode manually" so if its not your address or lat or long coordinates what could it be to correct this issue?

Yes, you need the co-ordinates. Try using this site for the co-ordinates - http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/geocode

see below, both work, the bottom one is more precise. Is this how you wrote it?
  • -33.916951, 151.145913
  • -33.916951, 151.145913, S33° 55.0171', E151° 8.7548'

Just following up on this as I’m a new user also, what/where would this be used?
FWIW I followed the link and added my Geocode since I still had that space blank,
