My website has stopped transferring new customers info to a customer file so I am unable to include them in a Marketing email, I can't add their reward points.
I can take their address etc from their order but I can't create a manual customer record as it requires their password.
This has happened to the last 8 new customers since 8th March. None of them were guest purchases.
I have not made any changes to the site for months except adding new products.
I have spent the afternoon looking for a solution on google and opencart but I only find instructions saying that ALL new customers are saved to a file.
No OC version posted. Although, the OC core does not generate customer files. Caused by an installed extension. Contact the extension developer from where you originally downloaded this extension to resolved the issue.
