Random data disappearing and product changing to disabled.

I'm unsure what's going on.

Products are disabling themselves and removing the product price and quantity with them.

It's happening at random and usually overnight.

Post size has been increased.

Also not sure if related but sometimes shipping info is missing on orders although I believe this was linked to some products being set as shipping not required.

Can any one advise of where to start looking to solve this error.

Seems like it's actually one same product plus another product resetting each time a product is edited on the website.
