Changing the admin name for security reasons

Hello everyone,
I want to change the name of admin directory for security reasons. Can anybody explain what are the files need to be updated if done so?

Or during a clean install, what are the procedures taken to change the admin directory name, and also the related files which access the directory admin.

possibly, but only, if one delievers FACTS, like OC Version and Theme used, first, wich you don't.
