Possible Malware found on server

I just found this on my server in my opencart folder.

It was getting flagged by my scanner calling its self kofra.php

Anyone got any idea how this can end up on a my server?

I would check your server access logs and your server FTP logs. If you have not already deleted it and not made a note, the date on the file should give you an idea when it was uploaded.

I can't see the link you posted for some reason but the most likely explanation is a weak FTP password.
