htacess with two sites

hi all!!!

I'm new at opencart and I'm trying it to see if it worth it or not. Usually i work in joomla, but I have one client and we want to test opencart!

I've install it in same server of my client site, but in a /shop folder.

I can access to site, but if click in any product I'm redirected to a 404 page of my joomla site that is placed at root folder of server.

How or what can I do to try Opencart ins a sub folder of a Joomla site?

You may be able to configure the .htaccess in Joomla to ignore your shop folder like this:
