MaxMind Sending BIN information

I am using OpenCart 2.0.2.0.
We have implemented MaxMind Fraud protection and it is functioning just fine.

However, in conversations with MaxMind about Fraud detection, they have indicated that it would be more beneficial if we sent the BIN information during a transaction for an even stricter evaluation of Credit Card fraud.

Has anyone been able to alter the core code so as to allow sending of this information to MaxMind during the appropriate time?

Any code samples or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Well, this does not seem to be getting any kind of response.

Could I ask someone from OpenCart where the code for communicating with MaxMind is located?

I would like to have a look and develop a Mod to add in the BIN information.

The Maxmind website has more information on API calls. Their support team can be helpful but this is not something I've ever needed to do so I can't help further.
