Not receiving mails to admin & custmoer while shopping

Hello friend,
I am new on OpenCart...
I have created a store on Default OpenCart Template, i have prepared home page layout and update some products on store but when i was trying to shop any product after Check Out not receive any mail to admin and also not on customer registered mail ID.

i am just trying to use and developed e-commerece portal on OpenCart. OpenCart is new Framework for me please guide me please help me please.....
