I have a list of 300 products in a excel sheet alongwith their SKU, Title, Description, size, weight, image link etc.
Is there any extension which I can use to auto upload all these products at once ?
Please Help.

JNeuhoff's free export/import tool uses Excel and is accessible via his website or perhaps more conveniently via the Extensions button top right. Get the correct version. Export what is already in the tables so that you will see how they are laid out, as you may need to rearrange what you have.

You will need to mind your php.ini values to support the tool. For more than you might ever want to know about that just refer to these and notice the lists of values to set.

In Superadmin PanelLog in & Go Catalog Their is a option of Import/Export Click on it
First Click on Export Button & Download the Csv file formate of Bulk Uploded Product
Fill all the Required Columns & Row in Product Sheet After Complete it Go to same Import / Export Option Then Click on Import pop window will open Select the Csv File From Your Computer And Uploded it
