Do you have any idea why I am getting "error" is there another area that is not reporting?

I get this when I use the register account/guest account and happens on the personal details section when continue is clicked but the account is still created and after I click ok from the error it loads step 2 and so on.

I have noticed you have a patch for payments -> I have an issue with the paymate module it is showing failed transaction even though it has been accepted and processed by paymate!

Any Ideas on this?

It seems that my tax is not showing on my products even through it is set in the admin area and products.
