Email Copy Orders Sent to Admin with strange Order ID: �?e�[�F}r��

Hi

I sometimes get a Order emailled to my admin email address, but with a strange Order ID: 4����?e�[�F}r��+t�]�@��bK~�

i've now find that this Email Order seems to be a copy of a real order placed and completed by a cutomer, that seems to now being re-sent out to the admins email address but months or years after the order was placed on the website, email shows all the same order details, but the only thing thats deffrent is thiers Not a Order Id.

anyone know what could be trigging old orders to be re-emailed out to admin?
