This issue was just made known to me yesterday by a customer. The situation is this. When a customer logs in to view their order history, what they see is the order history from the most recent order made by a registered customer. Has anyone else experience this or know the cause and solution?

Maybe a database issue. Backup, check, then repair your database in your hosting control panel.

If that doesn't help. What version of OpenCart are you using and any modifications installed that could be affecting it?
