this has been the result of trying to upload a HUGE SIZE IMAGE.
And it can be solved, possibly by adjusting the php.ini File(s) to accept
more server memory to be used, to handle this task.

But to make this work, it NOT only has to be CHANGED in the both php.ini OC Files,
but on the Server Admin PHP Console as well, to make it work. If you have NO Access
to this Function, on your Server, you have to contact your HOSTER, to allow you more.
But then, eventually, you'll need to pay a little more server rent, to get this done!
