OpenCart 1.5.6 - Option Value Name Bug (Admin)

The Option Value Name entries in the option form only appear for options of type "Choose" (Select, Radio, Checkbox, Image). This is correct behaviour.

However, if I am to create a new option of type input "Text" (for example), and then open the form page for this new option I am able to add Option Value Name entries, and this should not be possible.

In file option_form.tpl the check responsible for showing and hiding Option Value Name entries depending on the type of option only runs during change of value in the "type" dropdown box.

This check also needs to run during form load to prevent Option Value Name entries appearing for incorrect option types such as "Text" or "Date" etc.
