(SOLVED) Https but cart is not secure according to Chrome

I have a 1.5.5.1 store and like it but as I now want https on all pages I found that https://www.MySite.se/index.php?route=checkout/cart is https of course but it is a "not secure sign" a "!" in the address bar in Chrome saying that the page is not safe. I do not have any images on that page.
If my cart is empty there is no "!" and the page is secure according to Chrome, but when I add a product to the cart the page is not safe.
Is this a issue with 1.5.5.1 or only with my store? (I tried the cart in explorer and firefox but they have "the lock" all the time.
I can see this: "Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.MySite.se/index.php?route=checkout/cart' was loaded over a secure connection, but contains a form which targets an insecure endpoint 'http://www.MySite.se/index.php?route=checkout/cart'. This endpoint should be made available over a secure connection." Why is this and how can I solve this? I saw that the same question had been asked before but the solution is not for 1.5.5.1 viewtopic.php?f=190&t=159680
Is the form that is not secure the "What do you want to do next" if so I would like to know how to remove that one since I can not see the point of having it. Does anyone know the correct solution either to remove the "What do you..." and / or make all in the cart secure?

I disabled the "What do you want to....." in the Admin but the cart is still not secure if I have a product in the cart.
It looks like the cart form itself is http instead of https... Now there is only one issue instead of four before I disabled the "what do you..."

ssl is not set up correct.

first go into admin.
go to settings, your store and edit.
locate tab server and make sure use ssl is set to off.

next ftp to your site and locate file config.php in root off site.
first few lines defined bij http, set all urls to site to https

next few lines defined as https set all urls to https

locate config.php in folder admin repeat above.

now your site should run https, but still can have some mixed content like pictures or links preventing your site from full https.

locate pages that are not full https

go to:
https://www.whynopadlock.com/

paste those urls and it will telll you where the problems are so you can correct them
