Is this a theme or heavily modded?

I was shocked to see that this is a phpBB forum script. Is this forum heavily modded or is there a theme your using?

Really like the looks. I would not have installed another forum script on my website if I knew I could get phpBB to look like this.

phpBB may look pretty, but it isn't as good as you think. For instance, I wanted to report something posted in the wrong place, but there is no mechanism for that. You have to submit a contact form to the authorities, manually entering information such as the location of the post. Other forums have a "report to moderator" button that fills in the post location, etc. for you The "report" button has apparently been enabled. I use SMF (Simple Machines Forum) on my site, and it's very extendable. For instance, I installed a "mod" to allow me to enter arbitrary HTML entities by name or number, such as nbsp and mdash and hellip, which I use frequently. Finally, SMF shows me the existing posts in a thread ("topic") while I'm typing in a reply, so if I didn't "quote" it, I can still see what the other poster wrote. Often in phpBB, the existing thread is not shown when I make a reply, so I have to go back and quote (or copy) earlier posts so I can see what the other guy said.

Add: I'm getting PMs from jerks who add "all registered users" to the address list. A good forum doesn't permit spamming like this.
