Hey Guys,

I have an Excel spreadsheet for a finance calculator that I would like to embed into Opencart. I find the Excel web embedded works a treat however unable to style it as it's an iframe.

Does anyone have any advice? or would it be easier to program the calculator in another language? Problem with that being is it's quite a complicated calculator

Thanks

J

Saving it to html displays the calculator but unfortunately doesn't make it functional as an application.

I have found this so currently looking into it - http://www.excelmashup.com/

Thats where apps like excelmashup.com can help in converting forumulas to js which can run in browser

Hello,

Might be a bit late to anwser... there is an online software called Appizy http://appizy.com which does what you need.

It basically converts Excel file into dynamic webapp in HTML, CSS and Javascript. You can then download the code of your app and paste it directly into your website.

thank you so much....just found this post and its fantastic for simple spreadsheets. it even does the ms excel conditional formatting too.

Total e-commerce newbie bravely testing OC v2.0.3.1 before rolling it live...getting there slowly, somehow. Maybe not. I dunno.
