Problem opencart seo?

im Nick, im from germany and 19 years old ...

since a few month im working for an atvertise company in germany ... 2 weeks ago i got a customer who wants an opencart onlineshop. so i created a template and installed all moduls wich he needs. i work as freelancer for this company. so my boss told be the customer will pay 3000 bucks for my work. and he wants me to help the customer to get a lot of sales and very good google rankings. if he sale a lot of stuff in his shop he will pay out company a lot of money.

but the problem is that ive never worked in this area.

i never learned something bout marketing and all thsi stuff.
im very sceardthat i will fail. and my boss will get angry.

what would you say? is it possable to success for ?

If you're getting 3000 bucks to work on 1 OpenCart site, then I'm moving to Germany and applying at your company ASAP...
