Q: How do I move certain countries to the top of the list?

A: Countries are sorted alphabetically, and do not have a Sort Order setting, so you'll need to add a space at the beginning of the country name. That will make it appear first in the country list. This also works for other things that are sorted alphabetically (zones, geo zones, etc.).
