Unable to take Payments through PayPay instead get a Token message

Anyone who can help me?
This afternoon customers who try to buy from out site is shown a simple message and then cannot proceed any further through the PP check out process..
This message is displayed as soon as the PayPal button is pressed: {"token":"EC-31U7891687466613D"}.
I have managed to speak to our ISP who got this message for me... this may help a little further.

PP has been running for well over a year now with no problems. Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated.
