Custom title tag for homepage script

I couldn't find how to do this, so I asked for help here. - and I was able to make a script for it (with help from jgsw and stokeyblokey).

Here is a simple small script to allow you to enter a custom title tag for your homepage (useful for the title you want displayed for your page in google search results).

For example, change your homepage title to: Store Name | The Home of Ethical Trade

It's especially useful to use with the free extension: Automatic SEO Title (VQMOD)
