Backend checkout for Phone customer

order creates Extensions on backend is working fine with 1.4.9
REFERENCE EXTENTIONS : http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... order=DESC

what ai am going to do is make a checkout system for Phone user
when i select order from order list and click checkout
1) It will show me payment options
2) After selection it will leads me to check out screen with order detail

for sample screen short is attached kindly help me or some one have
flow chart of frontend checkout please share

If you don't realize that this is far from a small project what you are really asking for is someone to do it for you.

i am not saying to make it free if you can do it to give me time frame and your rates and Time to complete it ..
if my client agreed so we will proceed further ...

i have done it in my way ..
its an temporary solution but it working fine any one interested can contact me
