Wordpress - no css/js while something is in shopping cart

Hi, i have weird problem. While i have nothing in my shopping cart its ok, but when i add something - site with shopping basket loses JS and CSS files. Then its look like written in clean html.

Could somebody help me ? :<

possibly, after you explain first, what this has to do with opencart.
