API Integration

I've been searching all around and have been unable to find any documentation for an OpenCart API.

I'm looking for just the basics. From another server be able to:
  • Pick up orders
  • Send back tracking
  • Possibly update inventory levels
Is this possible? Can anyone point me to documentation for how to communicate with the OpenCart API to get and send this information?
