]Hi I'm new I'm new to open cart and I've got an existing website where I want to copy the current theme to open cart and can't find the root folders to change the css layout to customise the theme.

Also I want to add a box where the customer can choose the length and width of a product then it will automatically calculate the cost.

I will add pictures of the current website and of the box I'm trying to achieve.

HERE:

Code: Select all

\catalog\view\theme\yourtheme\stylesheet\
but it will probably not be of much help, since you are trying something,
that does not work, as planned. I imagine, that you are not familiar with PHP Framework
Style OC Coding either, so, you will require professional Assistance, such
Modifications can/will not be done by free Forum Assistance around here,
it's to much time invested with an very unpredictable Result...

Don't get me wrong, it's a friends advise

Use Firefox as your browser and using FireBug you can see what elements of the css need changing to match your color scheme etc.

The options that you ask for can be added at product level.

Hi there,
I'm recently use wocommerce, and I interest to use OpenCart for the future projects, I believe one of the biggest ecommerce on my country is using OpenCart I can see it from the style and the behaviors.

What become my concern is can I import the product data to OpenCart? I have almost 1000 products recently, and it will be a hard work if I insert it one by one.a

Hi tiffanywatch,

I offer a service to migrate from different systems to OpenCart. If you'd like me to take a look, I should be able to write some scripts for you to automatically load those products for you.
