Qahar
I believe with respect to all blog extensions available here. I have installed almost all blog extensions for clients.
And let me tell you that your blog is by far the most advanced blog system available for opencart as of now ( other blog extensions also good)
Few clients of mine are running it and they are so much happy with it.
Congrats on such a fine development and keep up the good work.

Regards

@Maansy
Thank you for your kind words :)
FYI, in March I plan to introduce a Theme Framework for free. All developer will be allowed to use the framework for their commercial project, including for commercial themes they sold. May be in next week I will post some sneak peak of it.

@milky

That's great news. I think it will add a new route for opencart development (just like vqmod) from a designer point of view.
People always love to see a friendly UI when it comes for editing there templates and everything else.

You should call it QTHEMEUI for marketing prospective IMHO.

If you need testers then drop me a line.

Kind regards

Yes, I hope able to do that with the framework. Or at least, it will inspire people to make the better one ;D
I post the framework concept here, not much but it will give you a picture what I want to achieve with the framework.

Q-

Using your blog module and enjoy it. I've just added the Multi Site "Store Manager" module for Opencart 1.5.3.1 (http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... order=DESC). Can you tell me how to set up the blog for the two sites I run (both are my sites - just different branding for different markets).

Thanks!

I never used the Store Manager, just try the demo. So I am afraid I can not give you advise on how to enable the Blog Manager for other site on Store Manager.

qahar -

I've gone back to using the built in multi-store functionality of Opencart. Question - How can I get the modules to have the same CSS styling as the other sideboxes that come (E.G. "Information" or "Category") with Opencart? Right now it looks like this:

class="box blogModule box" when I'd like it to look like: class ="box"

Thanks!

blogModule is predefined class with no style. The purpose of .blogModule is to make it easy to overwrite the design through stylesheet if you need it. If you use default opencart theme, just erase all class suffix of the modules, you will get default box style. Just like the demo here.

If you use other than default theme, the style is depend on how your theme styling the .box class. If you have any issue or question, contact us through our Ticket Support is preferable.

The Blog Manager main issue with Shoppica is the layout break. This happen because shoppica not following standard Opencart extension development.

Honestly I'm not suggesting to use Blog Manager with Shoppica, but if you decide to use both extension, we will assist you to make it work each other.

Now available Blog Manager template for Shoppica
