[RELEASED][VQMOD] US Taxation System support

Finally, a definitive professional registration form for securing the most important details about your customers' tax status. This module allows US Based Store Owners the ability to collect necessary data for end of the year Federal & State Tax purposes. It also allows a Store Owner to collect information concerning TAX ID, RESELLER ID, and TAX EXEMPT ID....to determine which customers will or will not be charged sales taxes throughout the entire store. In order words, this module will automatically determine the tax exemption & tax waiver status of a customer based upon registration.

* IMPORTANT NOTE: This module is designed for the United States Taxation System (but I will adapt it to other countries, e.g. for Eu VAT Number, Italian Partita IVA or CF, spanish NIF/CIF, etc.).

Following customer types are managed:


1) Private citizen
2) Company
3) Wholesale/Reseller
4) Tax Exempt company

Private Status: Default store visitors will be charged taxes throughout the entire store.
Company Status: Allows Store Owner to collect Tax ID Number - but will still be charged sales taxes throughout the entire store.
Wholesaler Status: Allows Store Owner to collect Tax ID and Reseller ID - but will not charge sales taxes on any items sold.
Tax Exempt Status: Allows Store Owner to collect Tax ID & Tax Exempt ID - but will not charge sales taxes on any items sold.

With relation to customer type, following additional fields are requested and required if your customer is a company:
1) Federal Tax ID number - Allows Store Owner to know the customer is a legal company for Federal & State purposes.
2) Reseller State ID number - Allows Store Owner to verify the customer is a legal company claiming tax waiver due to being a reseller.
3) Tax Exempt ID number - Allows Store Owner to know the customer is a legal company that is legally Exempt from paying taxes.

All the IDs are managed and shown in all forms and windows, both in front office and admin section. The user has the ability to view and modified its additional fields in account section.
Admin has the ability to view and edit data in customer management. IDs are also shown in invoices and orders.

- Registration
- Guest Checkout
- Insert / Edit Account
- Added / Changed in order phase

Admin Side:
- Viewing and editing data in customer management
- Display data in order management and sales notes
