[RELEASED][VQMOD] Cash on Delivery limited by total

Just released!

This Mod adds a condition based on cart total price in order to show or not Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method in available ones.

Shop admin can set the maximum value of Cart Total in normal COD payment module admin view.
If a customer order items for a total price minor of set treeshold, COD payment method is shown, otherwise not.

It works at the moment with english and Italian language but it can be really easily be adapted to any language. Ask me for any support on this, I will give you simple instructions.

How to install it:

Two methods:

1) Via VQMod (preferred, it doesn't modify any file)
2) Standard Installation (it modifies some files, in default theme particularly)
