Release Notes:
- Added: ability to add an automatic number of points based on the cart total
- Added: ability to factor in other line items to points based on cart total
- Fixed: payment methods that confirmed the order through a callback function not sharing session data with the customer were causing point balances to not get applied
- Fixed: the module heading would still appear even with no eligible products
- Updated: reward points should now only get applied when the order moves from a non-processing/complete status to a processing/complete one
