I am interested in your module - but have concerns about support based on some recent comments in the extension store - I know that there is not the correct place for support so I am willing to accept that this impression may be misleading ;-) Please can you reassure me prior to purchase that you are available for support - we have a fairly heavily modified store and I am always wary of potential issues!

Hi,
This module is awesome I have used it for a long time. I just recently started using the scheduled newsletter part, and it has been working great. All of a sudden the scheduled newsletters aren't sending. When i create a new one, it sends once at the scheduled time but then the next week or day (if i set daily or weekly) it does not send. This was working correctly for months, and has just stopped so I doubt its the module, any suggestions as to how to fix it?

Support for this module is really worst.

Support is very ok, if you just make contact as mentioned in the PDF contained in the zip file you get, when you buy the software.

Nah it’s pretty bad. Still haven’t ever gotten any responses

still waiting for responses to my ticket.... even after I repurchased the license.

Yep, support is very slow.
If developer still doesn't respond remain one solution or two...

hmm i suppose you are right, any opencart tickets seem to close without responses for the past few months.

Looking for the link to dev's ticket system so I can get my License back( I will NOT be buying it again ), anyone have it handy?
I have looked in the download files, but no PDF to be found....and he is deleting comments on the extensions page.

Their website main page is just an image with no links.
