I had not added all the files to the download-zip.
Please re-download from the Extensions.

Did you upload all the correct files?

I downloaded v1.5.4, v1.5.4.1 and uploaded it to my site directory.
It is not clear OpenCart. I have some modules:
- Checkout and Registration Simple
The green and red icons are work. They display correct information. But the blue icon opens this fatal error.

Appears not to work on 1.5.4 with Gob33 Parcel Tracking Service extension installed ( http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... ing&page=3 ) unfortunately.

Dutch is neither store nor admin language so don't quite understand that one.
Finally when I disabled Gob33 Parcel Tracking extension I got it to work in admin but the At A Glace window kept flashing so it was almost unreadable - it would occasionally display correctly.
Shame really - but you can't have it all for free! However if anyone has got these two extensions working together I'd love to hear how.

OC v 1.5.4 with alot of tweaks,exts & mods.
Just remove the Dutch lines from the vQmod.
