Hi, Thanks for the mod. I am having the same problem on 1.4.9.1
Customer Name
Notice: Undefined index: name in /hermes/web01b/b1040/moo.grdistributionscom/admin/view/template/report/revisits.tpl on line 29

Order Qty
Notice: Undefined index: orders in /hermes/web01b/b1040/moo.grdistributionscom/admin/view/template/report/revisits.tpl on line 30

Orders Total
Notice: Undefined index: value in /hermes/web01b/b1040/moo.grdistributionscom/admin/view/template/report/revisits.tpl on line 31
