Import/Export Tool - FTP Login problem on import

1.) Got the FTP settings from hosting provider.
2.) Checked FTP settings with FileZilla and DreamWeaver - connected successfully.
3.) Entered FTP settings into Settings -> Store -> FTP.
4.) Installed the Import/Export Tool extension - installed OK.
5.) User Groups -> Admin -> added permissions.
6.) Did an export - worked OK.
7.) Trying to re-import - get the following:



The first 2 lines: FTP Login Failed, are what concerns me... The FTP settings are obviously working, since the extension installed OK. What else could be the problem?

The Export/Import doesn't use FTP, the latter is caused by something else.

However, you need to go through the Export/Import related error messages, like the ones about worksheet Specials which seems to list quite a few product_ids not used in your Products worksheet. Might be an issue with a corrupted database, or maybe you have edited some worksheets before Import?

When I try to export something i get this error:

Could not close zip file php://output

What could be the problem ?
