Contact your host and have them install it or move hosting companies if they can't/wont.

The excel spreadsheet has multiple tabs. Your products are under the 2nd tab called "products".

If I import the products once, and then again after few days will the data be overwrite or appended?

Using Q free import / export tool it erases all and imports what is in your spreadsheet. It does not append.

So in other words no incremental upload. You keep all of your products, categories and options in your spreadsheet.

I believe php is running safe mode. If it is I believe you need to contact your host to have it changed.

It is a very old question, but if anyone land here looking for an answer:
XMLWRITER can be enabled in "software" section of cpanel. Click on select version of php and look if the XMLWRITER module is active.

I think this thread need to be marked as solved or closed.

Best regards.

The cPanel software section can also vary between webhosting depending on the packages that the webmaster will purchase.
