strange characters when switching to Dutch

When I am switching to the Dutch language I see this strange line of text in the top of my screen.
��/�(��R��V/I�(�/�/I�Q�U�UP2s�ԭy����
It is only when choosing Dutch. Unfortunately my webshop is mainly for Dutch people so this is a little unconvenient :/
When I select any other European languange I don't see these characters.
Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix this?
