Change Language on Pavblog

Hey guys, I´m using v. 1.5.6.4 and I´m quite new with opencart.

I´m having problems changing the language on the blog section.

I suppose I have to create a .php file, something like:

catalog > language > spanish > pavblog > blog.php

The problem is that I don´t know how de code should be for changing the words "Latest Blogs", "Blog Category", and "Latest Comments" to spanish.
