Limit Discounts provided by coupons

I'm running 1.5.6.4.

Does anyone know of a module that allows specifying a maximum discount value for a coupon?

For example, Coupon code XYZ gives a discount of 10% but the maximum possible discount is $5.

If there's no plugin, is there a way to hard code this?
