I am trying to get this shipping module to work and cant, any help will be appreciated.
Using Open Cart V1.5.6, No themes just stock.

1. I set the sub-total for an amount and you get free shipping even if under this amount.
2. I set the Geo zone and no free shipping shows for that zone
3. I set free shipping for a category and you get free shipping in other categories as well.

Does anyone know how to fix the code to allow free shipping for a specific category?

The built-in Free Shipping will always give free shipping to the entire cart, if a qualifying item is in the cart. If you want to make it appear when ONLY that category is in the cart, you could use Category & Product-Based Shipping to do that. It can combine charged rates with free shipping rates, and you can set them to appear only under certain conditions.
