Hi,

I am using the Royal Mail shipping module on my website and have enabled 'International Tracked & Signed' for international countries. This seems to be working fine, except when the customer is from Norway. I have gone through the checkout process and used several different addresses, e.g. Netherlands, Latvia, and the shipping option appears as expected. However when I choose a Norway address, the only option displayed is 'Pickup from store'.

I have the rates set up as the following:

Europe Rates

0:8.95,9999:8.95

World Zone 1 Rates

0:10.95,9999:10.95

World Zone 2 Rates

0:10.95,9999:10.95

Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it please?

You will find Norway under 'International Signed'. Do you have this enabled and rates set? Royal Mail don't do a 'International Tracked & Signed' service to Norway.
