Royal Mail Shipping Module

I have a couple of questions about this extension:

1. At the moment option looks like that:

First Class Standard Post (Weight: 0.60kg) (Insured upto: £1.00) (Estimated Time:)

How can I change insurance and estimated time?

2. Is it possible to have this extension automatically disable shipping options with inadequate insurance

3. Are you planning to include Large Letter option (possibly connected with product measurements)?

4. Are there any plans for shipping calculator module accessible either from the first checkout page or from store front?
