Alertpay IPN problem

Hallo,

can somebody help me? From today it is a problem with a Alertpay IPN. Customer pay through alertpay, we recive the payment but we cant see the order in Opencart ( Sales-Orders). So its a big problem becuase we dont see which items the customer ordered and also we dont see the shipping adress. When we went in alertpay in IPN history it seem that last to orers are without sucess code. thanks

Same Problem here. Version 1.4.9.5 has a lot of bugs i think.
Also i have the same problem with the libertyreserve module. The moneybookers module works fine.

There is no problem with the AlertPay module in 1.4.9.5
As you said, you see your IPN history without success code. That means Alertpay could not send back the IPN to your site. This can occur for a number of reasons:
- Using localhost instead of a public site
- Firewall issues on your host
- Redirect rules in your .htaccess
- etc

I've tested the alert pay personally on my site without issue many times and it has worked each time. Unfortunately for those with problems, tracking the IPN problems isn't easy, but it isn't a bug.


Liberty Reserve is a 3rd party mod, not part of opencart. That has no bearing on opencart
