I am having no luck with Opencart linking through to our PayPal account.
Is this a known issue?

Enable the debug mode in your PayPal Standard payment module and set your site under maintenance. Test a checkout transaction and post the new logs that you see from the payment module's logs tab or from the admin error logs page. More information is needed.
