So I had a transaction process 5 times in the same second for the same amount, over £800. Worldpay advised that they had different transaction ID and that the user had probably click the button several times. As a result they are refusing the refund and I am £130 down.
Needless to say I am no longer using Worldpay.
A statement I would like to add to the note above regarding the despite usage of WorldPay is the fact that these activities occurred on a ... very older version of Opencart while Github does demonstrate updates of this payment module. That being said, it is under the merchant's responsibility to upgrade the store whenever new releases are publish and report encountered problematic during those periods of time.
