HELP : Paypal Pro - Iframe Error OC 2.3.0.2

Hi All,
I had an online store with OC 2.3.0.2 & Paypal Pro account and SSL Enabled and Installed,
first of all, I got confused with the number of PayPal extensions in the payment modules and I would like to confirm the following with u .

- Is the PayPal Pro extention works with US Business Accounts ?!
- Is the PayPal Pro works as Iframe, As I'm getting different errors when I try it with Sandbox configuration ?!
