Error whilst duplicating sagepay_direct payment module

Fresh Install running 1.5.6.4

I need to duplicate the sagepay direct module to allow a multi store install to process credit cards differently...

I followed the instructions to duplicate a module here - http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?t=6696

I basically renamed sagepay to sagepay2 everywhere...

I get to the end of checkout - enter credit card details - then get this error when I check the error log...

Be very grateful if anyone could help me out please....
