Import Export tool

I exported my products through import export tool, however after downloading i am getting the following error message,

"We found a problem with some content in "backup_categories_products.xlsx". Do you want to try to recovers as much as we can? If you trust the source of this click yes"

Like the above we are receiving error message.

Previously i ignored the message and added new products and imported the book, but many of the products name and other description was not proper so i had removed it and re-imported the old perfect xlsx file.

could anyone help with this.
