extension-modules titles/names are all same

Hi there !
All my modules in admin >> show as modules or amazon
all shipping: shipping
cant see which is by name cause they all have the same name: module - shipping- amazon

Whats going on? its the newest version OC

Did you upgrade from an older OpenCart version? If so, you probably have the old extension files still present, which means they'll still show up in the extension list. You can remove them by deleting the original files in:

/admin/controller/captcha/
/admin/controller/feed/
/admin/controller/fraud/
/admin/controller/module/
/admin/controller/shipping/
/admin/controller/total/

My OpenCart 2.3 Extension Compatibility Fix might also fix it for you, if it's due to old extensions still being present.

I had to reinstall and remake everything...
Its like a vq conflict with the oc ext system.
